cuts on the ankle

got 3 deep cuts below the right ankle due to a fall on the bike..recovering and hope to be hitting the running trails soon - goondoos.

crazeegoondoos ran 2 rounds MacRitchie Reservoir this morning. completed about 19.5km in 2hrs 40 plus mins..-goondoos
